Contrary to the belief of most students,ability to meet daily balance diet is greatly essential for an outstanding preparatory efforts...Evidence has shown that irons and essential vitamin B,dietary supplements(as in banana,oranges,etc) help to promote and maintain good physical and mental energy essential to study well..such as in cereals,spinach, fish,eggs,whole grains,etc..
However,its must also be stressed that overburden the GIT tends to slow down the mental and physical health growth...(mechanisms ignored).. Avoid big meals..instead essential Snacks are recommended they help stabilize the body glucose level(concepts not discussed)...Hydration of biological systems often should be done with minimal intakes of caffeine and sugar(terminologies avoided)


Your sleep :Physiologically speaking, sleep is considered a restorative and  recovery phase that prepares the biological system for the next episode. Even excellence psychologists have revealed in their wealth of experience that sleep is a form of mental consolations though they stressed that different type of sleep has different effect on mental consolations which am not discussing..for great and effective mental ability... Get a good night sleep is strictly essential for your maximum success!!!...


Alternate your reading spot..: Scientists belief that the brain all the time makes subtle associations between what is studying and the background sensation its has all time...studying all time in the same spot in the library, room,etc could be draining... Creating new sensation to the brain promote retention abilities
Practice testing: The best indisputable way to effective blasting is to access oneself..psychologically speaking, accessing oneself with essential resources promote one's confidence and reveals oneself weakness...


Minimize your distraction:.. One of the greatest weapons of distraction nowadays is texting friends while reading.This strictly reduces the efficiency of reading and drastically reduces the retention abilities.....
Listening to music while reading will be concentrated in my next realise.. (More to be discussed on that)


Keep good reading friends.: I will be right to say..the company you keep determines one's attitude in all ramifications of life..As the company of the fool shall be foolish while the company of the wise shall be wise.It must also be stressed that research shows that sometimes, reading around friends could be frustrating and deteriorating has its tends to reduce ones confidence because of variation in retentions ability.As one tends to level up in reading this might lead to frustrations.
In nutshell,study yourself well..But the power of group discussion should not be forgotten
