Sequel to the release made by the crew of Socioscope News Agency couple of weeks ago, over the uninterrupted illegalities cum insensitivity of the *Arts & Social Science Education transition committee* in the faculty of Education and the subsequent  refusal of the committee to react to the allegation levelled against her.
It must be noted that the leadership of the seemingly "inexistent committee" has been over time accused of not being sensitive to the plight of the students they claim to represent. It is believed that quite a huge amount of its freshmen and staylites  paid the association annual due  hence the need for the students to know how this humongous amount of money is being spent.
With empirical evidence, we stand to inform the public that the leadership of the committee as at the time of filling this report is yet to present itself to the generality of the students in the department. In addition to this mess, the committee has not deemed it necessary to convene either meeting or Congress of the students since its creation last session.

*Communication they say is the crucial lubricant that oils  an effective leadership-followership relationship*
*Quite a sizeable proportion of the students in the department have over time agitated for the need of the committe to account for the state of the association, its achievement so far, its financial records and projected programmes*
*One of our correspondent gathered that the association is yet to be registered,  its appellation (association's name) yet to be decided while the constitution is also  yet to be drafted*

Objectively, we of the Socioscope News Agency believe that it is only an irresponsible leader  that ignores the court of public opinion. Thus, we can emphatically say that the body language of the committee in question especially over news reportage concerning the association is highly suspicious and condemnable and has helped to vindicate the opinion of this news agency. *Obviously, it is only a group of crook that can demonstrate such*
We are of the opinion that *he that is clean should have nothing to hide and that the essence of leadership is uncoloured servantship*

*In the word of Usman Dan Fodio "Conscience is an open wound and only the truth can heal it"* and it is on this truth mantra that we of the Socioscope News Agency hereby demand for the sake of history and posterity the immediate response from the committee on the arrays of complaints and shenanigans ravaging the association. We also admonish them to come down from their Olympian pyramid and feel the impulse of their members whom they claim to represent as it is expected that the association be driven by the students and should not be made the ascribed property of the "invisible leaders" , they(students) should be seen as major stakeholders and the highest decision maker of the association. *The students should be unconditionally made to know the state of the association and how its resources is being spent*
Members of  this committee are advised to be more responsible and responsive to the plight of its members as that is the hallmark of upright leadership.
You are also implored to come up with substantial response(s) on the allegations levelled  your administration without subscribing to malicious claims nor facts that can't be established as that will only rekindle a more vigorous and rigorous media campaigns against your administration.

9th Assembly: NASS Introduces Stringent Conditions For Journalists’ Accreditation

Ahead of the inauguration of ninth assembly, the National Assembly management has released 20 stringent conditions for journalists and media houses’ accreditation. In two separate letters addressed to the chairmen of Senate and House of Representatives Press Corps on Monday by the Director of Information, Agada Emmanuel, the requirements were categorised under permanent and temporary accreditation. According to the letters, this new accreditation guidelines shall come into effect from June 11, 2019.
