N5.6 billion was apportioned for OAU,we received N2.3billon,says OAU vice Dean

The vice Dean of department of students affairs 'cleared' air on the alleged #5.6 billion the school received from the federal government of Nigeria . This revelations comes in after a student asked the vice dean on how the money received by the management of OAU was spent,though the students pronounced #5.6 billon,but the Vice dean of DSA expressed his displeasure over the figures pronounced by the students.
Before reacting to the question,he urged students to always come to him to get the right information,he however admitted that the money earmarked for OAU was #5.6 billion,but claimed the schooli received 2.3billion. He later stated it categorically that the money was used to start the construction of 3 undergraduate hostels,he said further that two of the hostels are for female undergraduates,and said the two hostels are behind Post graduates hostel,while the one for male student is around Ede road which he unravel the reason of the location to the way the lands belong to OAU are being encroached by some  people.
he however said there will be a road that will link the hostel at Ede road to the faculty of pharmacy. Though Majority of students in attendance were amazed when they heard about the construction of the hostels.
