The reason why 'coloured' water is flowing in the tanks unveils

The vice dean who was a guest at the Great Ife summit said OAU dam lost 60℅ of its dredge because the dam was not dug very well,as he explained further that the surface of the dam was just dug without getting to where it supposed to,and he attributed this to the coloured water OAU students get in their halls of residence.

9th Assembly: NASS Introduces Stringent Conditions For Journalists’ Accreditation

Ahead of the inauguration of ninth assembly, the National Assembly management has released 20 stringent conditions for journalists and media houses’ accreditation. In two separate letters addressed to the chairmen of Senate and House of Representatives Press Corps on Monday by the Director of Information, Agada Emmanuel, the requirements were categorised under permanent and temporary accreditation. According to the letters, this new accreditation guidelines shall come into effect from June 11, 2019. The prerequisites for the coverage of the activities of the National Assembly before the expiration of the present leadership was also aimed at reducing the number of journalists covering the legislative arm.
