OAU : Dean Of DSA, Chief Immam, others speak on the state of the demolished hall of residence mosques

The state of the two notable hall mosques in Obafemi Awolowo University, Ile-ife, Osun State have set tongues of concerned students wagging, following the partial demolition and closure of the mosques by the management of the institution with the marching order from the Muslim community.
Recall that the two notable halls mosque in Fajuyi hall of residence, and Awolowo hall were partially demolished and closed down based on the claim of the Muslim community having noticed an "unregistered group" of students operating under the name of Muslim Students Society of Nigeria (Mssn) in the university halls of residence.
Since the closure of the mosques on the 3rd of June, 2017 (couple of days to Ramadan) till now, the two hall mosques have not been opened neither has it been renovated. This development spurred *Socioscope correspondent* to make some findings from few major stakeholders among the members of Muslim community in regard the state of the two closed mosques.
The Dean of students' affairs (Prof. Aransiola), who doubles as the chairman of Muslim community spoke to our correspondent in a telephone conversation, when asked on the actual date for the reopening of the mosques for religious activities, he reacted thus;
"As soon as normalcy returns to the MSSN OAU, we must ensure that there is sanity and the students obey the rules and regulations. On the reopening of the mosque, I doubt it, until sanity and normalcy return" when asked, if the alleged "unregistered group" have made a couple of steps to resolve this lingering issues, because some students under this group proposed to meet with major stakeholders in the Muslim community in other to finding lasting solution to the issue, the Dean reacted thus ; "ask them, if they have followed the right procedures, if they have done that, the University will do the needful".
The Professor of Medicine and surgery, who is also the Chief Immam of the Muslim community, Professor Sanusi Abefe also reacted to the question of when the two closed mosques be reopened, he reacted to the question thus ; " No, we have not requested the University to open it, the University closed it down" when asked, if the "unregistered group" had reached out to him based on the "apology letter" purportedly written by this group of Muslim students "I do not know about apology letter, I was only told it's on their Facebook page, I'm not aware of it, and I don't know what is meant for".
The Ameer of the recognized MSSN, Mallam Abideen,also reacted thus ; I can't say whether it will be reopened or not, they closed down the mosques for renovation, and the renovation has not started, it's not possible to reopen it without renovation, but with time they'll reopen it "
One of the leaders of the unrecognized group, Mallam Tohir, also reacted in a telephone conversation with Socioscope correspondent." it's not sure for this semester (Rain semester) when asked about the purported apology letter, he replied thus ; "we sent the letter to the Dean of students' affairs, Prof. Aransi, he opened the letter and read it, he rejected the letter (content) and told us to go and plead with the chief imam, and later said even if he collects the letter the Muslim community will pass vote of no confidence on the letter. And if we do any slight mistake, he (Dean) will report to prof. Abdulr-Rahmon, but if we are begging him nobody will hear" When asked, if they have apologized or begged the immam as instructed by the Dean of students' affairs, Prof. Aransi, he responded thus; we have not, because of some reasons, actually we are planning toward that. We can't go on our own, we want to go with other people that he will recognize like alfa (scholars) outside the campus". He said.
