*A WISE MAN*

You see, I don't know about you o, but I really don't want to marry a lady who is an intellectual vegetable, just so I can claim 'the man'.

I just saw a movie now(that's like two weeks ago, actually) where the woman politely, but firmly, ordered her husband to sit down; and I found it to be so sexy.

If you only saw that, your traditional African-styled rulership-coated leadership may rise up and start yarnning nonsense. But you see, prior to that, that man has been some controlling bitch, who controlled his daughter's life, and nearly pushed her into frustration. He controllled her daughter's Relay race team, and they were nearly going to miss out on the finals. He was in charge. But he was wrong. His wife knew all these but kept her mouth shut.
Until the head of their mother arose, and someone borrowed the daughter wisdom. Then the Child's own ingenuity was given expression. She came up with a plan. And just as they were going to execute this winning plan, the man stood up again…and that was the historic moment when the woman raised her voice with such wisdom, calm, and firmness.
"Andrew… *SIT DOWN!!!"*.
And he did. And they won.

Dear God,
May I be wise enough to marry a wise woman
One whose mind is sharp
One whose decernment is sharp
One with an eagle's eyes
One who in her gentility is an influencer
A rare gem
One who can help me in my life
One who will be wise enough to recognize my moment of stupidity

One who can tell me to "sit down…."
In the days when I'm about to shortchange our collective destiny
One who compliments
One who is help fit for me.

One who knows how to wield her authority.
One who knows how to command in silence

*And Lord, give me the character to be that man that gives her room to thrive, without feeling threatened*
The ability to sow seeds of wisdom in her
The foresight to lead her to very green pastures.

So help me God.
