As clearly stated in my previous eloquence on" RAMADAN AND PHYSIOLOGY"..Fasting(not starvation) ensures physiologic transition between body glucose and fat,which in useful feedback serves as a better control of diabetics,reductions of blood pressure,detoxification of harmful material,eliminate unhealthy eating patterns,reductions of cardiovascular diseases and all jazz..
HOW TO SUSTAIN PRODUCTIVE RAMADAN

KEEP THE FASTING GOING:...The best of mankind will say"deeds are presented on monday and thursday and i love that my deeds to be presented while fasting".... To be ruthlessly honest,one of the best way to enrich the physiologic effectiveness of the biological system is to adopt the fasting habit twice every week.sensation of hunger between meals during these periods ensure great transitions which are of greater important to the biological system aside from the spiritual needs...(mechanism will be discussed later in sha allah)
AVOID OVERBURDENED OF THE DIGESTIVE SYSTEM :"Eat of good and wholesome things that we have provided for your sustenance,but indulge in no excess therein"...its is by no means true,that overburdened of gut systems greatly reduce the motility and effectiveness of the gut..Excellent researchers claim that healthy eating habit is 2-3 average meals per day..sensation of hunger between this meals,is of great benefit which helps to protect systems against ALZHEIMER'S DISEASE AND RELATED DISEASES
NEVER IGNORE FRUITS EATING: As our biological systems constantly produce toxic free radicals..excellent source of fruits like dates,watermelon,oranges and the likes serves as an antioxidants that neutralize this harmful free radicals..if dessert were to be taken,the best recommended food is fruit..
KEEP YOUR EMOTIONAl HEALTH GOING.:..Research shows that ramadan promotes the oneness of the family.This should not be shunned after fasting,as its promote sense of well being,ecstatic moods,enthral feelings,reductions in anxieties,depressions etc.Also the satisfaction between couples should not be avoided( full gists on copulation later)so communial meals should be kept going...
